How to create a shipment?

Log in to your platform. You should already be on the ship page, but to get back you can click on Shipping, at the top left corner.

Enter the Ship From and Ship To information:

Now, enter your dimensions and weight. Please be as accurate as possible, always round up to the nearest whole number to avoid adjustments from the carriers later.

You can also purchase insurance at this step, if the value is over $100.

Finally, click Submit and you will be redirected to the Rates page to choose your carrier based on your needs. You can even schedule your pickup at the bottom of this page.
