How do I cancel my shipment? - eShipper 2.0

1. Click on the “Track” tab 
2. You are redirected to your shipments page.

3. Search for the shipment that needs to be cancelled.

3. Click on the three dots on the right side of the shipment details
4. You will then get a notification to confirm that you would like to cancel the desired shipment. Press "Ok" and your shipment will be canceled instantly.

 

You can cancel a shipment or unused label yourself from the page in the first 24 hours of creating the shipment. if you'd like to cancel a shipment later than 24 hours, please send an email to support@eshipper.com with the tracking# or transaction ID in the subject line.
